Ramblers, Nordic Walkers, Mountain bikers and day-trippers will be in their element in Olang. Olang sits just a few kilometers from the Dolomite mountain range, for those who wish to explore on foot or by bike. The Dolomites are full of spectacular ridges that span from peak to peak, whilst to the north the Rieserferner Ahrn Nature park is home to magnificent mountain tours.
Cyclists can expect beautiful tours for example to Toblach or Cortina, and such tours to Brixen, Tauferer Ahrntal or even across the Furkelpass to Gadertal. Olang is made for active holidays.
For those who like relaxation, there is a swimming pool in Olang where you can bask in the sun, or go shopping in Bruneck. In the evenings, every two weeks Mitterolang hosts “Standlschmaus”, where typical South-Tyrolean cuisine is served in the town square.
